RoIP vs Radio Gateway vs IP Console Gateway

很多人搞不清楚ROIP, Radio Gateway 與Console Gateway到底有何不同, 以下為簡易說明:
  1. Radio over IP (RoIP or call VoIP Radio Gateway) is radio voice over a gateway to IP/Ethernet that provide radio voice (2/4 wire, audio streaming ) in conjunction or connect  with VoIP (H.323 or SIP) for voice/audio communication, it is essentially VoIP with PTT (Push To Talk);  in some case also provide as console gateway between analog radio system (2/4 wire through BS/R or Mobile) to IP (VoIP) console/dispatch (without RS232 radio control signaling)
  2. Radio gateway is radio data interface (Mobile/portable RS232 interface) over a gateway to IP/Ethernet that provide data communication between Radio Data (RS232 over SLIP/PPP to IP) peripheral device (MDP)  to MDP and IP data device (Host/Server/PC)  另一種解釋或說法(用途和上述不同), a Radio Gateways enable different radio systems to interoperate with each other;  like TETRA/P25/MPT1327/Analog radio systems through a "Bridge Gateway" to communication (Push To Talk) and may through network like IP connectivity.
  3.  IP console gateway is RoIP plus Radio Control over IP (RCoIP). It is radio control/voice functionality (2/4 wire audio streaming & RS232 radio control signaling) over a gateway to IP based dispatch/console application system that provide Console/Dispatch system to control & dispatch digital radio system over IP network and to support remote console position over IP network; will include voice/audio streaming (2/4 wire) with PTT/COR and/or radio control signaling (RS232 Administration. & management/signaling port)         不知以上說明是否瞭解?
